The chef of the Lac Restaurant, of Sardinian origin, carefully selects the best local and quality ingredients to create simple, genuine dishes that are accessible to everyone.

    The indoor and outdoor tables of our restaurant accommodate the dishes of a menu that combines the best of Italian and Sardinian cuisine, sometimes revisited with creativity by the chef. Among the first courses, there is no shortage of home-made culurgiones, Alghero-style rock fish soup and the famous fregola. As a second course, be won over by the unique flavour of our octopus in a carasau bread crust and the Swiss beef.


    Don't forget to leave room for dessert. Our desserts boast delicious proposals inspired by the flavours of Sardinia, such as zabaglione with white myrtle and iced lemon. Everything will be accompanied by our wines, which we will carefully and professionally recommend according to the dish ordered. We offer both Italian and Swiss labels, as well as Sardinian ones such as the Vermentino from Sella&Mosca. Our aim is to guarantee you a special lunch or dinner, which is why we strive to offer you the best possible welcome and to satisfy your every need.
